The “Dust the Rust!” Clinic and Tournament is scheduled for April 14th at West Valley Centennial Park. The day will start with a clinic run by LXM professional players Todd Faiella and Thomas Muldoon. Todd was a captain at Brown University before winning last years 2011 NCAA Championship at the University of Virginia. Thomas was a two time All-American and three time All-Ivy player at Brown and is now one of the top scorers on the LXM PRO TOUR. Following the clinic will be an all day lacrosse festival featuring games, skills competitions, and Native Lacrosse Co. gear give aways. With the start of the season fast approaching there is no better way to get your team together and your skills sharp than to “Dust the Rust!”. The festive atmosphere promotes fun for all ages while ensuring players pick up the essential fundamentals and skills necessary to succeed on the field. Players and teams will be broken into groups of U-11, U-13, and U-15 to ensure a level playing field.
We are currently looking into recording the tournament so that coaches, players, and parents can have footage of the event. This could serve as a great keepsake for parents as well as a learning tool for players and coaches. We love your feedback, so If there is enough interest we will proceed with the video coverage!
As always, Native Lacrosse Co. stands by our high standards and will offer a money back guarantee for any player who does not enjoy the event. We look forward to hearing back from you and putting together a great lacrosse event to kickoff the season for the youth players of Utah!
